Designer

Key
Responsibilities:
1. Develop creative concepts and design solutions that meet the needs and objectives of our clients.
2. Collaborate with clients, project managers, and other team members to understand project requirements and deliver high-quality design work.
3. Create visual assets for a variety of mediums, including print, digital, and multimedia platforms.
4. Take a strategic approach to design, ensuring that each project aligns with the client's brand identity and messaging.
5. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in design to continuously improve your skills and knowledge.
6. Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines to deliver exceptional results.
7. Provide feedback and guidance to junior designers and interns to help them improve their skills and grow in their roles.

Required Skills:
1. Strong design skills with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics.
2. Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
3. Excellent communication abilities, both written and verbal, to effectively communicate design ideas and concepts.
4. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, sharing ideas and feedback to achieve the best possible outcomes.
5. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively to overcome design challenges.
6. A solid understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques.
7. Experience working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field.
2. 2+ years of professional experience in graphic design, with a portfolio showcasing your design work.
3. Experience working in an agency or design studio setting is preferred.
4. Knowledge of animation and motion graphics is a plus.
5. Fluency in English is required, additional language skills are a plus.
