Overview
Skyline Marketing is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our growing team in Washington. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth through effective lead generation, relationship building, and strategic negotiation. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in B2B sales, with proven expertise in CRM systems, particularly Salesforce, to enhance customer retention and drive successful sales strategies.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets and maximize revenue.
Identify and generate new leads through cold calling, networking, and utilizing CRM tools.
Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients to enhance customer retention.
Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive landscape, and potential areas for growth.
Negotiate contracts and close deals, ensuring all client agreements align with company objectives.
Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales strategies with overall company goals.
Prepare and deliver engaging sales presentations to stakeholders and decision-makers.
Required Qualifications and Skills
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in a similar industry.
Proficiency in CRM software, particularly Salesforce, for managing sales processes and customer relationships.
Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing sales and achieving targets.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients.
Proven ability to generate leads and build a robust sales pipeline.
Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset and a strong work ethic.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in digital marketing or related fields is a plus.
Familiarity with additional CRM tools and sales automation technology.
