Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute comprehensive project plans, including schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Lead Agile project teams through the Scrum framework, ensuring effective collaboration and communication.
• Monitor project progress and performance, identifying and mitigating risks proactively.
• Manage project budgets and financial forecasts, ensuring adherence to financial guidelines.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment and timely delivery of project objectives.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Project Manager, ideally in an Agile environment.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies, including Scrum and Agile practices.
• Excellent budgeting and financial management skills.
• Demonstrated ability to manage risks effectively and lead teams towards successful project outcomes.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in project management tools such as Jira and MS Project.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent.
• Experience in managing projects in a technology or software development environment.
