Horizon Labs is seeking a Product Manager to lead the strategy and execution of new digital products. You will own the product roadmap, gather requirements, and work cross-functionally to deliver value to customers. This role requires a balance of strategic thinking, user empathy, and execution excellence.

Responsibilities:

• Define product vision, roadmap, and success metrics

• Gather and prioritize requirements from stakeholders and users

• Work closely with engineering and design teams

• Manage product lifecycle from ideation to launch

• Analyze product performance and iterate based on feedback

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of product management experience

• Strong understanding of agile and product development processes

• Excellent communication and leadership skills

• Experience working with technical teams
