Overview

BrightFuture Education is seeking a talented and creative Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in shaping our visual identity and communicating our mission to empower students through innovative educational resources. You will collaborate closely with our marketing, content, and product teams to create compelling designs that resonate with our audience and enhance our brand presence.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and produce high-quality graphics for various digital and print materials, including brochures, newsletters, social media posts, and website content.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project goals and develop creative solutions that align with our brand guidelines.
• Maintain consistency in design across all platforms and ensure adherence to brand standards.
• Stay up-to-date with design trends and tools to keep our visual communications fresh and engaging.
• Prepare and present design concepts to stakeholders, incorporating feedback to refine and improve final deliverables.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines without compromising quality.
• Assist in the development of marketing strategies by providing creative insights and design expertise.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
• 2+ years of proven experience in graphic design, preferably in an educational or nonprofit environment.
• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and familiarity with web design tools.
• Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design projects and a keen eye for aesthetics and details.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
• Strong time management skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• A passion for education and a commitment to creating impactful visual communications that inspire and engage.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with motion graphics and video editing software.
• Knowledge of HTML/CSS and basic web design principles.
• Familiarity with user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) design concepts.
