Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough analysis of business processes and workflows to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
• Gather, document, and validate business requirements through effective stakeholder engagement and communication.
• Utilize SQL to extract and manipulate data for reporting and analysis to support business decisions.
• Create and maintain data models and process maps to visually represent business workflows and systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment to ensure successful implementation of solutions.
• Prepare detailed documentation, including functional specifications, user stories, and process documentation.
• Manage stakeholder relationships by providing regular updates, facilitating discussions, and addressing inquiries.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role.
• Strong proficiency in business analysis techniques, requirements gathering, and process mapping.
• Experience with SQL for data extraction and analysis.
• Proficient in Excel for data manipulation and reporting.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with an ability to convey complex ideas clearly.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with a focus on timely delivery of project milestones.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in the healthcare industry is a plus.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools.
• Certification in Business Analysis (e.g., CBAP, CCBA) is desirable.
