Key Responsibilities

• Analyze performance metrics and prepare reports for senior management to drive decision-making.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in logistics or operations management, preferably within the transportation industry.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage a diverse team.
• Proficient in logistics software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a related field.
• Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies.
• Knowledge of regulatory compliance in logistics and transportation.
