Job Title: Human Resources Coordinator
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Human Resources Coordinator to join our dynamic HR team. This role is essential in supporting our HR department’s day-to-day operations and enhancing our employee experience. The ideal candidate will be passionate about human resources and will have a strong aptitude for multitasking and organization.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in the recruitment process by coordinating job postings, reviewing resumes, and scheduling interviews.
Onboard new employees by facilitating orientation sessions, preparing onboarding materials, and ensuring compliance with company policies.
Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
Support the administration of employee benefits programs and assist employees with inquiries related to benefits and policies.
Facilitate employee training and development initiatives, including organizing workshops and maintaining training records.
Assist with performance management processes, including tracking evaluations and feedback sessions.
Contribute to HR projects and initiatives aimed at improving employee engagement and workplace culture.
Required Qualifications and Skills
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
1-3 years of experience in human resources or administrative support roles.
Strong knowledge of HR practices, employment laws, and regulations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HR management software.
Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
Preferred Qualifications
HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.
Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HRIS platforms.
Familiarity with payroll processing and employee benefits administration.
