Full Job Description:

SupportFlow is looking for a Customer Success Manager to ensure our customers achieve long-term success using our platform. You will be the primary point of contact for enterprise clients, helping them onboard, adopt features, and renew subscriptions.

What You’ll Do:

  • Guide customers through onboarding and product adoption

  • Build long-term relationships with key stakeholders

  • Identify risks and proactively improve customer satisfaction

  • Collaborate with sales and product teams

Requirements:

  • 3+ years in customer success or account management

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Experience working with SaaS products
