You’ll join an agency team with a healthcare industry focus, depth of functional expertise in market research & strategy, brand development and communications, and tactical execution including print, digital, and medical education programs.
The position:
- Assists with creating designs and developing a quality work product for a wide range of tactics, both print and digital
- Takes brand ownership; knows key branding around assigned brands
- Constructs digital and mechanical prepress files for the Creative team with expert knowledge of resolutions, color and size accuracies
- Implements changes and revisions with accuracy and expediency; serves as an extension to the creative team for ownership of final deliverable of all projects
- Develops and edits designed and polished PowerPoint presentations
- Collaborates with digital and delivers accurate work for input into digital projects
- Maintains creative files and creative records
The person:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 2+ year’s previous related experience
- Proven graphic design skills. Creative vision for layout, typography and color. Understands projects on a tactical level (design production, basic supervision, and project coordination)
- Thorough knowledge of MAC and all MAC programs/software (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, XD and Acrobat). Familiarity with PowerPoint and Microsoft Word
- Ability to understand, organize, and interpret text, charts, and graphics into visually appealing layouts
- Possesses problem solving, creative judgement, and conceptual skills
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Performs successfully in a fast-paced environment
- Works well under pressure and meets deadlines
- Ability to work on multiple projects
Preferred
- Healthcare/ pharmaceutical industry experience
- Familiarity with healthcare/pharmaceutical industry
- Understanding of FDA, DDMAC, and PhARMA guidelines and implications on art deliverables
- UX/UI skills and web design experience
