We are looking for an experienced brand marketer that is both strategically minded as well as execution oriented.  This individual will help drive growth through the development of our brand and go to market position, as well as the implementation and management of high impact, lead generation activities.  The successful candidate will need strong subject matter expertise in brand and corporate marketing and the B2B market.

Who you are

The Senior WordPress Developer is responsible for ensuring the alignment of web design and user experience requirements, optimizing web pages for maximum efficiency, and ensuring brand consistency across the UI among other duties. 

What you’ll do

• Assist in maintaining and improving existing sites


• Cross-browser development and testing


• Understand technical and functional requirements


• Collaborate with other team members and stakeholders

Key Responsibilities Include

• Use HTML, CSS, PHP, and JavaScript to maintain and improve client websites


• Convert static designs into functional, responsive components & websites


• Identify, debug and solve issues as they arise


• Conduct WordPress training with the client


• Stay up-to-date on emerging technologies

What we look for

• Experience developing custom WordPress websites, while utilizing custom WordPress themes and the ability to create themes from scratch


• Knowledge of versioning control (Git)


• Basic understanding of website performance optimization and best-practices


• Familiar with automation tools like Gulp


• Good understanding of website architecture and aesthetics


• Comfortable building custom WordPress themes with the with Advanced Custom Fields plugin


• Knowledge of Google Analytics and Tag Manager


• Knowledge of server deployments (SSH, SSL, DNS, hosting, etc.)


• Experience with Shopify, BigCommerce, Magento


• Experience with JavaScript frameworks


• Understanding of SEO principles
