Web Developer

In this position, you will be part of the core development team working on the front-end of a real-time trading application.

You will act as a key team member in taking features at the design wireframe stage and converting them into production code. You will be working alongside a team of other talented front-end developers with real-world UI experience. The right candidate must have excellent front-end development skills and a passion for creating world-class software.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and test features for our new client-facing user interface, for our equities platform.
• Lead projects through their entire life cycle.
• Provide level 3 support for the production system and actively participate in the investigation of issues.
• Carry out code reviews.
• Work with the team on improving processes.

Skills and Experience
Required

• Bachelor of Science in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
• Strong knowledge of web development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
• Real life experience with a popular web framework, such as React or Angular.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Good proficiency using Git.

Preferred

• Knowledge of TypeScript.
• Knowledge of C#, .NET, and ASP.NET.
• Knowledge of concepts from financial services
• 3-5 years using React

Salary Range $131,250 - $175,000
