Junior Web Developer Production Assistant

We are looking for a full-time, Junior Web Developer who understands best-practices and is skilled with CSS to help with client projects. We are looking for a candidate who is also willing to learn and gain new skills, while possessing a strong understanding of the WordPress platform. Candidates must be able to work from our NYC offices.

We are looking for a full-time, Junior Web Developer who understands best-practices and is skilled with CSS to help with client projects. We are looking for a candidate who is also willing to learn and gain new skills, while possessing a strong understanding of the WordPress platform. Candidates must be able to work from our NYC offices.

The web developer candidate should be well versed in WordPress theme development, mobile responsive web development (Bootstrap or other frameworks), HTML5, PHP/MySQL and javascript (or JQuery). Must be skilled in writing clean, efficient code and a strong understanding of the WordPress CMS.

Skills: We are seeking a web developer that understands WordPress best-practices and skilled with CSS.

Job Requirements:

• WordPress web development (experience with WordPress Codex and issues with theme development / best practices)


• Responsive mobile development: either Bootstrap or Foundation CSS


• PHP, HTML/HTML5, CSS/CSS3


• Javascript ( or at least jQuery )


• Ability to learn new things fast


• Cross browser testing

Required experience:  WordPress web development : 2 years
