The role


The primary responsibility of the Web Developer is to develop landing pages in a custom WordPress environment and maintain legacy websites. They will work with the web development team to coordinate migrations and conversions to WordPress.


What you’ll do



  • Create, edit, implement and migrate custom WordPress themes; troubleshoot issues with plugins and optimize website performance

  • Develop, deploy and optimize legacy websites

  • Install, customize and integrate website contact forms into CRM platforms to ensure proper flow of leads to the sales and marketing teams

  • Implement CCPA and GDPR pop-up banners, messaging and privacy policies using OneTrust or similar platforms, working with legal and other cross-functional departments to ensure geographic compliance, proper legal messaging and performing QA testing of overall OneTrust functionality

  • Partner with director of demand generation to implement website analytics via Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics, working with global business partners for event tracking as well partnering with external vendors.


What you’ll bring



  • Advanced coding capabilities in modern web languages such as HTML, PHP, CSS and JavaScript

  • Knowledge of numerous Content Management Systems to maintain, manage and migrate a variety of systems and hosting platforms as needed

  • Experience working with enterprise-level marketing automation tools such as Marketo, Salesforce and the Salesforce Marketing Cloud

  • Ability to implement and troubleshoot GTM scripting and Google Analytics reporting, creating website integrations with Google AdWords, Facebook Ad Manager, and other PPC and paid advertising campaign management tools


Experience



  • BS in Computer Science or 5-10 years relevant experience

  • Experience working with custom WordPress CMS
